
The drinking diet is a "strict" diet for losing weight and cleansing the body at the cellular level, in which you cannot eat solid food.
The aim of the drinking diet is to reduce the load on the digestive system without significantly reducing the intake of nutrients, vitamins and microelements.
Drinking diet: menu
The drinking diet menu can be tailored to your taste, regardless of age, gender and excess weight. You can choose from the following liquids:

- Waternecessarily.Regardless of the drinking diet menu, you must drink 1.5 liters of clean, plain water per day.
It is forbidden to add sugar and any sweeteners, even natural ones, to the drinks included in the drinking diet menu.Alcohol, packaged fruit juices, spicy and hot spices, all vegetable oils, dairy products with a fat content of more than 2% and fatty broths are excluded.Salt can be used in small quantities to make liquid puree soups.
It is advisable to add liquid vegetable puree soup to your drinking diet menu every day (at least once).Recommended recipes for simple vegetable soups:
- Vegetable puree soup.For 1 liter of liquid, a medium-sized potato, several cauliflower florets, a couple of small carrots.Pour broth or water over the potatoes, cut them into large cubes and put them on the fire.When it boils, add the cauliflower and carrots and cook until soft.Add onion and peeled bell pepper to taste.Cool the cooked vegetables and crush them in a blender, add the soup to the desired (not too thick) consistency;
- Creamy soup with turnips.70-100 gr.turnip and potato, 50 gr.carrots and leeks, a glass of skimmed milk.Finely chopped vegetables are boiled until soft in low-fat broth or water, after cooling down with a little juice, ground in a blender or rubbed through a sieve.Pour hot milk and add a little salt.
In the drinking diet menu, other options for preparing puree soups are also possible, taking into account personal taste preferences and the restrictions described above.
Drinking diet 7 days
Following the drinking diet for 7 days allows you to cleanse your body of toxins and waste without exhausting it or putting it under severe stress.According to opinions, the result of the drinking diet will be 4-7 kg weight loss in 7 days.
A 7-day drinking diet can be based on only one of any liquid products (puree soup, broth, kefir, jelly and others) - a mono-diet.But it is more useful to alternate days, to consume different liquids, which more fully supplies the body with the necessary nutrients and makes the weekly menu more varied.
According to opinions, the 7-day drinking diet is easier to tolerate if you alternate the following drinking days in no particular order:
- 1 – dairy products, fat content no more than 1.5-2.0%: kefir, milk, fermented baked milk, drinking yogurt without fillers;
- 2 – vegetable and low-fat broths or soups based on them;
- 3 – freshly squeezed fruit juices from sweet and sour fruits;
- 4 – various freshly brewed loose leaf teas, optionally with milk or lemon;
- 5 – jelly, only from fresh fruits and berries;
- 6 – compotes from fresh fruits and berries or dried fruits;
- 7 – oatmeal jelly.

Drink 1.5 liters of non-carbonated drinking water every day throughout the week.To avoid bloating in the morning, it is not recommended to drink it right before going to bed.
As a result of the drinking diet, according to opinions, loose stools can be observed in the first days, this is normal.
A decrease in nutrient supply and a lack of the usual chewing movements can also trigger irritability, weakness, dizziness and performance degradation.
Drinking diet: contraindications
A strict drinking diet is strictly contraindicated in the following cases:
- Any problem of the gastrointestinal tract;
- Heart or kidney disease;
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- Weakened general condition of the body;
- Tendency to swelling;
- Hypertension or hypotension.
